The scope of the project was to
provide and install a comprehensive audiovisual
solution that will achieve the defined functionality
for the training room at Little Creek.

Install an owner furnished
projector to replace the existing ceiling
mounted projector.

Wall mount an equipment rack
with front door near the front left corner of
the room -Remove the existing equipment from the
podium and relocate to the wall mounted rack.

Remove all the existing
cabling and wall plates and replace with blank
wall plates.

Mount a laptop wall plate in
the front of the room near smart board.

Install a wall mounted 46”
LCD monitor with speakers in the rear of the
room to act as a confidence monitor. All the
outputs of the existing switcher will be
distributed to both the projector and LCD.

Install a laptop wall plate
in the rear of the room near the LCD. The RGB
and audio cable of this wall plate will go in to
the secondary RGB input of the LCD.

Remove the existing wall
mounted screen in the rear of the room and turn
over to the customer.

Remove the existing wall
mounted speakers and replace with 9 ceiling
mounted speaker to provide room reinforcement.

Make programming changes to
the existing control system to reflect all the
system upgrades. The sources selected on the
touch panel will be sent to both the projector
and the rear LCD.

Test and commission the
system for proper operation and provide simple
operator training not to exceed 2 hours on Smart
board and key components of the system at
install completion prior to technicians leaving
the job site.
